I hope televisits continue post pandemic for non urgent care appts. It can be hard to see if person has poor vision. To make it one step/click at this point? Or can you make consent box larger. Could you make some updates?: 1) allow user to save as a favorite their medical waiting room/provider vs having to input info to find it each time 2)allow us to save the patient info again maybe as a saved profile or favorite they can select 3) can you integrate the consent button and next button. All of these suggestions are to reduce inputs that would make the app more user friendly and the check in process less cumbersome.
